I just got back from seeing Andrew Bird & Wilco. I saw the rooster shirt I made for Wilco at the merch booth...It's always nice to see your work in action and especially for a client whom you admire.
Also, it should be noted that you need to see Nels Cline play guitar before you die...it's that important.

I recently saw the movie "Funny People" and Seth Rogan's character is a Wilco fan and wears a golden Wilco tshirt with a rooster on it, which I fell in love with, so I did a search for it online and came across your blog about it, cool, thanks!
I'm wearing the shirt right now and was asking my wife, "I wonder why it say's 'Rising early since 1994," and my wife says it's because the band started in 1994.
I asked, "do they get up early?" She said, "no it's because there is a chicken on the shirt, they are rock stars they don't get up early..."
I asked again "why rising early?" She couldn't come up with a good answer. BTW she is one of Wilco's biggest fans.

The band requested it say "rising early"...i originally had put "farm fresh since '94" on it, but they preferred "rising early".

My 3 year old just took a bite out of my grey rooster shirt. I've looked online but can only find the yellow one. Any chance you have some of these still around? It was one of my favorite shirts,,
